Following a tender process, DAR Golf were appointed as contractor by Ballyboden St. Endas GAA. The new pitch construction scheme was designed and project managed by Hayden Turfcare Ltd.

The scope involved removal of topsoil, cut and fill grading, replacement of topsoil and installation of an intensive network of primary and secondary drainage. This was then finished off with a layer of sand and seeded. The grow in was also completed by DAR golf.

Works started in August 2017 and the pitch was seeded in September 2017. Play commenced late summer 2018.

DAR Golf completed the project on time, within budget and to an excellent standard.
